Become a Volunteer Practitioner
We welcome certified practitioners in a wide variety of healing modalities.

In addition to filling out the online application form, we will need the following for completion;
- Professional Curriculum Vitae or Resume
- Copies of state licenses and/or certifications
- We require liability insurance of all practitioners.

When ordering your policy, please ask them to enter Holistic Health Community Inc. PO Box 725, Stone Ridge, NY 12484 on the certificate as “additional insured”. - Ordination, is required of all who are not licensed by the State (Ordination Church of Spiritual Humanism http://www.spiritualhumanism.org)

Become an Administrative Volunteer
We also welcome administrative volunteers to help run Community Holistic Healthcare Days the third Tuesday of every month. Help us manage our stations: Welcome, Check-in, Scheduling, and Check-out. Help us with setup, kitchen work, and cleanup.
