I was raised by an anatomy teacher and a marriage and family therapist. I started massaging when I was three. I made my first massage business card when I was nine. People started writing checks for my work when I was in high school. It was not until I moved to Manhattan in 1999 that it occurred to me I could actually make a living as a massage therapist. Ever since that realisation I have done nothing else and I have not looked back. I feel as if I was born to do this work. I find so much satisfaction and pleasure in my craft. I always feel better after giving a massage than I did before no matter what state I or my client started in. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love and am grateful for all those who join me in this journey one or two hours at a time.
