When was the last time you allowed yourself to get lost in the woods? To really spend time with a tree and the earth, hear songbird, allow your body to unfold and remember that it too is animal, and wild, and alive?

Nature Connection and Poetry as Liberatory Practice is an invitation to slow down, listen, and remember our innate belonging. Merging forest therapy with embodied healing, this workshop is a space to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world is an act of reclamation—dismantling the internalized systems of disconnection, linearity, and productivity. Through guided sensory immersion, mythopoetic evocation, and shared reflection, we step into a more intuitive, heart-centered, and embodied way of being - remembering our place amongst all things. Forest Therapy (also known as Forest Bathing) has been proven to have powerful positive impacts on mental, emotional and physical health, in addition to nurturing creativity, intuition and spiritual wellbeing.
