In this fun workshop we’ll discuss tips and holistic practices to lift your mood and have some extra tools to support big feelings.

In this class you will learn how food, herbs and movement and mindfulness activities can help you, especially when you are having a hard day.

We will make a mood boosting essential oil spray, and mix together uplifting herbs into a tea to sip while we talk about ways to stay happy and hopeful as we wait for spring’s flowers to appear.

Ashley Sapir Lathrop is grateful to live, forage and grow herbs in the Hudson Valley. Her work is rooted in traditional medicine practices that connect people to plants. She is a clinical herbalist with an expertise in functional medicine and offers classes and consultations to those looking for support with their health.  She is also a teacher, writer, mother and backyard herb farmer. Ashley works with an Integrative Medicine Clinic in Westchester called Amari Health and is the founder of Dreamkeeper Botanicals, a local company offering education and wellness support.
