The Holistic Health Community now offers free, seasonal community auricular acupuncture sessions at Holistic Health & Happiness in Highland, New York.
During these group-style sessions, participants will remain fully clothed and seated comfortably while acupuncture needles are gently placed at specific points on the ear.
Auricular acupuncture is a powerful modality based on the understanding that the ear is a microsystem—a map of the entire body. By stimulating precise points on the ear, this practice supports the whole system by helping to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being.

Though there is no charge for the event, we suggest a $20 donation to Holistic Health Community as a way to honor the care you receive. Your contribution assists us in offering affordable holistic healthcare and wellness education to the community. If you’re able to give more, we welcome your generosity.
