Susan will present the how-to's of cleansing, including

  • how best to prepare for a cleanse
  • how long to cleanse
  • the best foods to include in a cleanse
  • how to prepare your cleanse foods
  • what practices best support your cleanse
  • what to expect during a cleanse
  • how best to come off a cleanse

She will offer samples from the Vitality Cleanse and would be happy to answer questions.

SUSAN RAY is a passionate lover of good food. For many years she has been seeking a path by which to achieve vibrant health and stable weight, resolve food addictions, and still satisfy her appetite for the sensory pleasures of a good meal. She has many years' experience in kitchen craft, particularly in relation to spiritual practice. She is a graduate of the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute.


Free Holistic Self-Care classes are on the first Thursday of each month, 7:00-8:30 PM, at the Marbletown Community Center.
