In this session, we’ll explore the power of breath as both a gentle anchor for calm and a pathway for release and renewal. Drawing from yoga-based breathing practices as well as somatic approaches, participants will be guided through techniques that support relaxation, reduce stress, and invite deeper connection to self. The session may include quieter, restorative patterns to ease the nervous system as well as gentle, active breathwork to help clear stuck energy and open space for creativity, authenticity, and self-expression.
Set in a safe, supportive environment with guided facilitation, this practice is appropriate for all levels. Participants are encouraged to come with an open mind and curiosity for what the breath may offer.
