Join us for a tasty and informative afternoon in the garden with functional medicine practitioner & herbalist Ashley Sapir Lathrop. Together we will create delicious and effective herbal teas, while learning a variety of recipes that are both nourishing and tasty. Bring your favorite mug!
Ashley Sapir Lathrop is grateful to live, forage and grow herbs in the Hudson Valley, beneath the Shawangunk Mountains. She is rooted in traditional medicine practices that connect people to plants. She is a clinical herbalist with an expertise in functional medicine. After working virtually for the past few years, with an Integrative Medicine Clinic in Westchester, Ashley is excited to be meeting with people in person in New Paltz, at the Sunset Healing Collective.
