You’re More Than Just a Sun Sign! Come learn the basics of astrology in this fun, interactive workshop! About The Event The astrological birth chart is far more complex and insightful than is commonly represented in mainstream thought—in fact, it captures the essential uniqueness of every one of us in significant and fascinating ways.
In this two-part series, find out what your chart says about you. In the first session (Tues., Oct. 22), we’ll introduce the basics of working with an astrological chart, along with free tools for doing so, and look at the Sun, Moon, and rising signs. In the second session (Tues., Oct. 29), we’ll explore the planets and their placement in houses and signs.
Come learn the basics of astrology in this fun, interactive workshop! Provide your birth data at registration to receive a printout of your chart to work with during the class. You may come to either or both sessions. Bio: Kris Journey, a writer, editor, and astrologer, is a member of the International Society for Astrological Research, NCGR, and the Organization for Professional Astrology. She is certified as a professional astrologer with OPA and serves on the editorial board for its magazine, The Evolving Astrologer.
