Health evolves from living fully in the moment.

Health evolves from compassion and kindness with ourselves and others.

Health evolves from using our bodies in supple ways.

Health evolves from having a voice that can be heard and acknowledged.

Health evolves from our spontaneity and creativity.

Playback Theater is a shared experience that feels good, is creative, and is healthy fun!

Playback Theatre is a way of communicating with each other using action. Telling a story from your life and having it "played back" by others is a unique and enlightening experience. We hear a feeling, a moment, a memory shared and use our empathetic listening to echo what we heard and respond in a fully embodied way. The group members improvise together to play back the story told. Telling stories from our lives builds friendship and community.

You won’t need any prior theater skills to do Playback Theatre, only a generosity of spirit and a willingness to hear and act out each other’s stories. In this workshop we will learn different structures in this world-wide method of action communication and will share some stimulating experiences together. Enjoy!
