Tributary Farm is located in High Falls, NY, specializing in organically grown vegetables, small fruits, and honey. Jesse, his wife Isabel, and the farm crew are firm believers in triple bottom line business practices and measure success by their ability to maintain soil and ecosystem health, sustain a healthy and diverse client base and team, and run a financially viable business.
Jesse Goldfarb started Tributary farm in 2018 after working at the Hudson Valley Farm Hub in Hurley, NY and Pleasant Valley Farm in Argyle, NY. From 2009 to 2015 Jesse worked in Rwanda for 6 years managing agricultural trials for a non-profit organization called One Acre Fund that works to support small scale farmers throughout East Africa. He also has spent a number of seasons working on his mom’s land 10 minutes down the road at Hollengold Farm. Jesse is married to Isabel Vinton who is always a steady force on the farm and also works down the road at the Hudson Valley Seed Company in Accord. Jesse and Izzy are proud parents of Lucy (3 years) and Toby (1 year).
