At this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to make seasonal pestos and kimchi with produce from the farm. We will begin with an introduction, then together go out to harvest the vegetables that we will then create into delicious preserves! Both pestos and lacto-fermented vegetables can be made throughout the year from seasonal greens and vegetables. Everyone will leave with a jar of pesto and kimchi along with the knowledge of preserving veggies in this manner, for you to repeat on your own at home.
