For over two decades Holly has taught inspirational classes showing people how to prepare delicious food, use essential oils for health and wellness, and how to slow down, connect with themselves and engage their senses. She enjoys teaching educational events and working with individual clients interested in living healthier lives. She is a regular guest on Northeast Public Radio, sharing her expertise on food, cooking, wellness and overall nourishment. Additionally, she was the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market for 3.5 years, is on the faculty of the Omega Institute and has created multiple educational programs at Mother Earth’s Storehouse and Sunflower Natural Foods.
