Tending the Heart Sound Bath, with Sound Practitioner and Holistic Coach Theresa Lyn Widmann
Tending the Heart Sound Bath with Theresa Lyn Widmann is a special sound bath to
awaken and nourish the divine energy of our heart field so that it can remain a place of
retreat and healing for our whole being. Our heart has the power to direct energy, to
initiate action, to hold and comfort pain, to awaken joy, and to heal. In this experience, the
sound will be guided to open and nurture the energy of our heart field so that it may
provide what is needed for ourselves and the greater good of all. Using the healing
medicine of gongs, bowls, drum, rattle, chimes and more, you will be welcomed into a state
of relaxation to clear and merge into the energy of the heart.
About Theresa
Theresa Lyn Widmann is a Sound Practitioner, Holistic Coach and ExplO+re Coordinator for
the O+ Festival. She is the host of I Want What She Has, a podcast and weekly live radio

of the Ulster County Conviction Integrity Unit, as a volunteer practitioner with the Holistic
Health Community, and as the former Festival Director and Board President for the O+
Festival and Chair of Live Well Kingston’s Heal Well Focus Group. She believes in the
supreme power of compassion to heal ourselves and our community and is driven by this
defining principle in all her work.

bringing our vision to life, to Sarah Carlson, founder of Growing Films, for her expert
editing and for always supporting our mission, and to the Pine Street
Community Room for hosting us. Thank you all for being such an important part of our
