I take a holistic approach to healing, using Psychotherapy, Art Therapy and customized nutritional choices, depending on the need of the client. In my 16 years of experience working with people diagnosed with mental illnesses, and severe traumas, I observed that treatments often ignored holistic methods to healing. Through listening, caring, and working together with my clients, I recognized that some emotional and psychological issues are often managed by initiating small life changes and making healthier choices.  I work with my clients to create unique treatment plans that are specific to their goals and circumstances.
