Lehan McStay

Lehan McStay is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher who approaches energy work with empathy, presence, and integrity. She combines her background in psychology and human services with a trauma informed, person centered approach that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. Lehan is completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Empire State University and holds an Associate of Science in Human Services from Ulster County Community College.

Grounded in compassion, dignity, and authenticity, Lehan creates a welcoming space where individuals can relax, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. Her Reiki practice emphasizes mindful presence and gentle guidance, supporting personal growth and overall community well being.
