Mark Houghtaling is a somatic coach and integrative bodyworker practicing in the Catskills and Mid-Hudson Valley. He is passionate about guiding individuals towards realizing their full potential through self-inquiry, radical presence, empathy, and somatic insights. Mark studied massage therapy and other body-centered modalities at Hudson Valley School of Massage, the Swedish Institute, and in specialized education programs and workshops. He is New York State licensed and nationally certified. He received his mind-body coaching certification from the Embody Lab where he studied with leaders and innovators in the field of somatics. Beyond his healing work, Mark is a musician and songwriter who finds serenity and creative inspiration in nature and spiritual pursuits. He lives in Rhinebeck, NY, with his husband Neil.
