Holistic Health & Happiness
24 Main Street
Highland, NY 12528
(Park on the street or in the community lot)

The Holistic Health Community now offers free, seasonal community auricular acupuncture sessions at Holistic Health & Happiness in Highland, New York.
What to Expect
During this group-style session, clients will be seated comfortably in a chair, fully clothed, while fine acupuncture needles are gently placed in specific points on the ear.
Auricular acupuncture is a powerful modality based on the understanding that the ear is a microsystem—a map of the entire body. By stimulating precise points on the ear, this practice can support the whole system, helping to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall balance and well-being.
Each session lasts approximately 20–30 minutes and is designed to be both calming and therapeutic. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply want to be proactive about your health, this is a beautiful way to reset and recharge.
Spots are limited and advance sign-up is required. We do not accept walk-ins. Please see below for more details.
