Experience the restorative landscape of the Shawangunk Mountains through a blend of walking meditation and Qigong movement. This class moves at a gentle pace along mild inclines with some uneven woodland and rock surfaces, and is suitable for all levels—from first-time participants to longtime practitioners.
Drawing on the principles of traditional Chinese Medicine, Bobbi will guide participants through specific exercises designed to promote vitality, mental clarity, and immune function. Expect to work with the natural elements of the Shawangunks as a backdrop for cultivating calm, reducing stress, and deepening your connection to the rhythms of nature.
