OUT IN THAT FIELD: The World of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

with Barbara Bash and Andy Dillon

Beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right doing there is an alive space. Come experience this NVC world with us. We will explore how our judgments of ourselves and others point to beautiful, universal human needs beneath the surface. From this place of awareness, we will practice hearing and expressing “No” in ways that honor life, connection, and integrity.

Though there is no charge for the event, we suggest a $20 donation to Holistic Health Community as a way to honor the care you receive. Your contribution assists us in offering affordable holistic healthcare and wellness education to the community. If you’re able to give more, we welcome your generosity. Your support helps others receive services when they need them the most.
