Join Theresa Lyn Widmann for a special sound bath to awaken and nourish the divine energy of our heart field so that it can remain a place of retreat and healing for our whole being. Our heart has the power to direct energy, to initiate action, to hold and comfort pain, to awaken joy, and to heal. In this experience, the sound will be guided to open and nurture the energy of our heart field so that it may provide what is needed for ourselves and the greater good of all. Using the healing medicine of gongs, bowls, drum, rattle, chimes and more, you will be welcomed into a state of relaxation to clear and merge into the energy of the heart.

Visit Theresa’s website to learn more about the benefits of sound therapy and discover links to her streaming platforms and free downloads of her transformative music.

**Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Chairs will be available but laying down, if you are able,
is ideal to experience this sound bath.
