Kathleen Mandeville offers a passionate sense of inquiry, a courageous heart and a loving, receptive presence, using the modalities of Systemic/Family Constellations, ritual, pastoral guidance and coaching. She is the founder of The Outer Edge Coaching and IgniVox Productions, a production company dedicated to spiritual, regional, and environmental witness through the arts. Kathleen is the spiritual leader of Gateway House, a growing sacred arts community in Rosendale, NY where she currently facilitates sacred ceremonies and Constellations groups.
Kathleen leads retreats and workshops in a wide range of communities from college campuses, summer camps, and low-income housing, to prisons and seminaries including Union Theological Seminary and Jewish Theological Seminary. As an Episcopal priest, Kathleen served as the Rector of St. Clement’s, the Episcopal church/theater in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in NYC, and as Ecumenical Chaplain at Bard College. In community organizing, she served as Vice President of The Clinton Fund, a 25 million dollar dispersal of funds to mitigate gentrification resulting from the Times Square redevelopment project. She was Founder/President of Clinton Community Services, a not-for-profit organization serving the homeless population of Times Square/Hell’s Kitchen neighborhoods. She also founded Clinton Peer AIDS Education Coalition, a harm reduction project serving the at-risk population of Times Square. Her work is informed by a lifelong commitment to social justice, creative expression, and personal transformation.
Kathleen has an MDiv from Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA. She has trained with leading Constellation practitioners including Suzi Tucker, Jane Petersen, PhD, Leslie Nipps, and Barry Krost. She has provided pastoral care in critical, psychiatric and tertiary care hospitals and has completed two units of clinical pastoral education (CPE).
Her specialties include working with healers and creatives, as they achieve the true expression of their soul’s mission, combining hard-headed strategy with heart-centered intuition.
