Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy gently works with the spine, the skull, and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia to ease restrictions of nerve passages and to harmonize and balance the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord. It can also help to realign misaligned musculoskeletal structures. Craniosacral therapy is said to ease mental stress, neck and back pain, and is helpful in alleviating the symptoms of headaches, TMJ, fibromyalgia, and many other conditions.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has at its foundation a deep understanding and practice of the interplay between the natural world and dynamic stillness as an expression of health and wholeness in all living forms. Through slowing down and connecting with a compassionate heart we restore peace and calm to the nervous system, reconnecting to nature and beyond, restoring a wholesome relationship to our body, mind, society and culture as a whole. Connecting to our own inherent capacity to heal supported by the visible and invisible worlds.

As this work evolves in times of social distancing it moves toward a Biodynamic Shamanistic approach which feels quite appropriate for our time and has become a powerful means for wholeness.
