Life Coaching allows you to become aware of your current thoughts and feelings, how they motivate you to take actions and how those actions create your current life. Life Coaching supports you to find the thoughts you would need to be thinking to change any aspect of your current life. We are familiar with sports coaching. For example: If I am currently able to run 5 miles and want to run 10 miles, what thoughts would I need to be thinking to create the feelings/ actions that help me to achieve my goal? Life coaching applies similar concepts to any challenging aspects of our lives including:

During a session we explore the area of your life where you feel stuck and explore how your current thought creates your feeling, action and current result. We will explore the thought and feeling that provides you with the action and result you desire.
